​母国を離れドイツに来た際、異なる文化と言語の中で自身の存在が不明瞭になっていく感覚を持った。そのような環境の中で自身の存在を肯定し、主張する為の1つの試みとして、作者は "Ich bin hier"(I am here)と書かれた旗を持ってドイツ・ハノーファーの街中で走るパフォーマンスを行った。旗は長いため、走ることを止めると床に垂れて文字は見えなくなる。何らかの行動続けなければ自身の存在を主張することが出来ないという構造を可視化している。

When the artist left her home country to come to Germany, she felt her sense of self becoming blurred amidst a different culture and language. As an attempt to affirm and assert her existence in such an environment, she staged a performance in the streets of Hanover, Germany, running while holding a flag bearing the words “Ich bin hier” (I am here). Because the flag is long, the text becomes invisible when she stops running and it drapes onto the ground. This visualizes the structure in which one cannot assert one’s existence without continuing some form of action.
